This workshop will cover the steps for developing a strong SS4A project idea, providing clear guidance, resources, and actionable insights to craft a competitive proposal for the next round of funding.

Join DVRPC and the Safe Routes Partnership on Wednesday, March 4, from 1:00 to 2:30 pm, for a virtual workshop on brainstorming projects for the 2026 Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) funding opportunity from the U.S. Department of Transportation. This workshop is free and open to communities in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Communities in our region are well-positioned for success in this funding round, but now is the time to prepare. The SS4A Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is anticipated to be released by the end of March 2026. We are hosting this virtual workshop to help you develop a project idea that will give you the best chance of being funded by SS4A. Whether you are working through a project concept or in need of a fresh idea, this is the workshop for you!

In this workshop, we’ll walk you through the steps for developing a strong SS4A project idea, providing clear guidance, resources, and actionable insights to craft a competitive proposal. By the end, you’ll have a project idea in mind.

Don’t wait for the NOFO to drop—register now and get the tools you need to bring safe, accessible streets to your community! Another reason to attend? Coordinating with DVRPC is required by SS4A. Attending this workshop with regional partners will help set you up for a competitive application. Register today.
