This report continues the work of the previous report, "Regional Park and Ride Assessment: Highway-Related Facilities." Nine new proposed park and ride areas are subjected to a market area evaluation and general demand analysis. A recommendation for further action is given for each of these areas.

This report documents the TRANPLAN based highway and public transit simulation model that the DVRPC staffhas prepared for use in the I-95 Intermodal Mobility Project. This model produces estimates of the 1996 daily or peak hour travel patterns. The regional trip tables as well as the highway and transit networks are focused on the I-95 corridor and downloaded to a personal computer in TRANSPLAN format.……
